During App Server startup the module list( DafEar.Admin, DPS, DSS, B2CCommerce, DCS.PublishingAgent, DCS.AbandonedOrderServices, Store.Storefront,Store.EStore,DafEar) loading order can be given by the -Datg.dynamo.modules perameter.
dynamo.env is a file within the EAR located at \atg_bootstrap.war\WEB-INF\ATG-INF is responsible for loading the modules in the order during nucleus Startup. So dynamo.env can be over ridded by -Datg.dynamo.modules perameter in the server starup Script.
