Best Practices #1 - How do I link to an external file from Eclipse?

Sometimes I find myself going to the same files over and over in the file system while doing Java web development. In ATG Frame Work we go several times checking the  

• Local Config Folder 
• Clicking on the Start Server RUN Bat Files etc. .
