The EAR Files can be created in 2 ways
Development Mode - The application gets its configuration(.propeties file(Nuclues)) from ATG Installation(lets say c:/ATG/ATG X/~).what we call LocalConfig.
StandAlone Mode - The application gets its Nuclues Configuration from the Generated Ear File Itself.What we call ATG Data.
